Service Policy:
We value quality and safety, and stand behind our services 100%. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your dog's visit, please let us know so that we may continue to deliver outstanding service, we provide compasionate service, we wont force our services on any of our furry friends.

 

Breed considerations:

Although we do our best to make  dog grooming available to everybody, there are a few breeds we are not able to accommodate, including Chow Chows, Akita and some particularly large to giant breeds such as Newfoundlands. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Reservation Policy:
Advance reservations are recommended, especially on weekends to guarantee a spot for your dog, If it is your pets first time visiting our shop, please allow approximately 10 minutes at the beginning of your appointment for our complimentary consultation.

Cancellation Policy:
We appreciate 24 hours notice if you must reschedule or cancel an appointment. After one missed appointments (less than 24 hours notice or No Show), a deposit might be required to hold any future appointments. After two missed appointments, full payment is required as a deposit to hold any future appointments. Deposits will be applied to your bill on the date of services. If the appointment is missed (less than 24 hours notice or No Show), the deposit is non-refundable.

Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us, and your information will never be sold or shared.

Sick/Illness Policy:
It is our responsibility to keep all our furry clients safe and healthy while they are in Xolos Boutique and Dog Spa, any dogs with possible contagious illness open wounds or infected spots would be rescheduled. 

 

Fleas:

As we know this little parasites love our furry friends as much as us but can be a menace!

They are very common mostly when weather is warmer we know sometimes they are difficult to see due their size,  but can get our pets really sick.

While working on your dog we check every inch of their skin, if we find one of this bugs imediately we will inform you and give them a flea bath to get rid of them *please note that there will be an increase on the price due to the extra time and special product used*
